- the main features on this hangboard are that al the holds are positioned so you will always hang with your hands at shoulder width, this way you avoid weird positioning of your elbows and wrist what can lead to injuries.
- We left al the unnecessary holds away that you don’t need. Why pay any extra money for a hangboard that has 2 and 3 finger pockets, as you can hang just as easy with 2 or 3 fingers on the normal 4 finger edges?
- We added an extra insert in the middle of the board so you can add any hold you like on there, this way you can for example train on slopers or add a bigger hold for that one-handed hangs.
- The hangboard is Made of Magnolia wood. This is a European hardwood species which comes from a fast-growing tree, this makes it a sustainable board as well.

- With a weight of only 425gram, it’s probably the lightest hangboard in the market right now!
- Due to its handy suspension system, one side of the board always hangs neatly upright. And one side tilted forward so that it becomes more difficult to hang on the edges.
This gives you the possibility to hang on 10 different edges. In addition, you have two middle holes (30 and 20mm) which provides two nice edges for (assisted) one arm pullups, lock-offs, and negatives. The top part of the board provides a nice jug for your initial warmup, or just for dead simple pull-ups. - Because we want you to have a long-lasting product, we hook you up with a durable Beal 4mm prusik cord for the suspension system.
- Dimensions: 400x58x58 mm
- Edge sizes: 10,14,18 and 22mm + 20 and 30mm in the center.

- This pinch block comes with a small 4mm Beal Prusik Cord to attach a weight to it so you can work your way up until you can hang with your body weight on it. Also you can set this pinch block like a normal hold in a training wall with our M10 hex-screw and we added an extra set screw hole that prevents the hold from spinning around.
- this pinch block has multiple sides so you can vary your grip width and angle (Video coming soon)
