Return Policy

You can cancel and return, or exchange your order within 14 days. Please find the return policy described below:

1 – Revoke your purchase via e-mail (info@crimptonite.com) or via regular mail.
2 – Pack goods securely in the original shipping carton
3 – Send the parcel back to the following address (postage prepaid):

Information for returns:

Please note that we can not bear the costs of the return shipment. You will have to bear the postage of the return shipment, if the delivered goods correspond to the goods you ordered. In case we receive return shipments without sufficient postage we will deduct the costs of the return shipment from the amount to be refunded.
